Palaver sauce
A dish from Ghana

So good when one wife cooks it, it makes the other wives jealous!
Ingredients

PEPPER, TOMATO,
ONION
2 pounds fresh spinach
1 pound fresh tomatoes
1 big onion
2 medium ground hot peppers
3 tablespoons powdered shrimp
1 or 2 big crabs
2 pounds beef

1 cup egusi
½ cup beef and crab broth
1 cup red (palm) oil
Salt to taste
(Egusi is available in African and most latino food stores across the United States).
